About me

I know what it means to
expect more from yourself.

I’m Brooke Amaral. I coach career-driven moms who are ready to feel strong, capable, and confident again, but need a way forward that respects everything they’re already carrying.

Brooke Amaral

Movement, competition, and personal growth have been part of my life for as long as I can remember.

I grew up playing competitive hockey and soccer before going on to play varsity hockey at the University of Guelph. From there, my training evolved through bikini and fitness competitions, years of CrossFit, and eventually into the strength and conditioning work I do today.

The way I train has changed over the years because my life has changed. The standard I hold for myself hasn’t.

Today, I train to be a strong, badass mom and business owner. I train so I can keep up with my two girls. I train to feel confident in my body and, yes, to look good too. We don’t need to pretend that doesn’t matter. Look good, feel good, baby.

Most importantly, I train because I want to be strong, capable, and fit, even when I’m 80.

My motto has always been: proud, but never satisfied.

That doesn’t mean never appreciating how far I’ve come. It means being proud of the woman I am today while continuing to explore what I’m capable of. I refuse to become complacent in my health, my business, or my life.

Motherhood and identity

I refused to lose myself in motherhood.

I’m a mom to two incredible little girls and married to the man of my wildest dreams.

Becoming a mother changed me, but I refused to accept that building a family meant abandoning my own goals, identity, or ambition.

I believe women can love their families deeply, build meaningful careers, and still follow through on the promises they make to themselves.

We are allowed to want more.

We are allowed to have goals beyond motherhood and work.

We are allowed to prioritize our bodies, our confidence, and the women we are becoming. That isn’t selfish. Our lives are better when we are fully in them.

Experience and approach

I’ve been helping women raise their standard since 2010.

I’m a certified personal trainer and Precision Nutrition–certified nutrition coach, and I’ve worked in the fitness industry since 2010.

Throughout those years, I’ve helped women transform their bodies, rebuild their strength, and prove that getting older does not mean their best years are behind them.

But I’ve also learned that lasting transformation is rarely about knowing which foods to eat or which exercises to do.

Most women already know a lot.

The real work is closing the gap between knowing and doing.

That’s why I coach the whole woman, not just her workouts or nutrition.

We work on the mindset, identity, habits, routines, and personal standards that determine whether she follows through when life gets demanding. We create structure that works inside her real life and build the consistency required to make her results last.

I don’t coach information. I coach execution.

The bigger mission

My mission is bigger than weight loss.

Yes, I help women make significant body transformations, but the greatest transformation is in who they become along the way.

My mission is to help as many women as possible recognize what they are capable of, develop genuine belief in themselves, and prove that change can be simpler than they’ve been led to believe.

I lead from the front and practice what I preach. I’ll give you the right balance of love and tough love, with no shortage of accountability, honesty, or communication.

I’ll celebrate your wins, challenge your excuses, and stand beside you as you raise the standard for how you care for yourself.

Because the goal isn’t simply to become more disciplined.

It’s to become deeply devoted to yourself, your health, and the life you say you want.

You don’t need another generic plan.

You need a coach who sees the big picture, expects you to follow through, and helps you keep the promises you make to yourself.

That’s the work we’ll do together.

What you can expect from me

Honest support. Thoughtful coaching. No shame.

I’ll meet you where you are.

Your starting point is information, not a verdict. We build from there.

I’ll make the plan make sense.

You should understand what you’re doing, why it matters, and how to adjust it.

I’ll coach the hard weeks too.

Those weeks are not failures. They show us what needs more support.

I’ll keep progress bigger than a number.

We’ll pay attention to physical change, but also to the strength, energy, mindset, confidence, and trust in yourself you’re building along the way.

“We learn, practice, review, and adjust.”

That’s how change becomes something you own.

Your next step

Ready to stop starting over?

Tell me where you are, what you want to change, and what has been getting in the way. If I think I can help, we’ll talk it through together.
